cancellation policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To help us manage our schedule and look after our team, we kindly ask for your consideration with appointment changes.
You will receive a reminder text 3 days before your appointment that we would kindly ask you to respond to.
We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours:
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the booked service, including cancellations due to illness.
Missed appointments:
If you are unable to attend your appointment and do not let us know, a 100% charge of the booked service will apply.
Changes on the day:
If a service is reduced or removed on the day of your appointment without prior notice, the originally booked service will still be charged.
